Pay: £28,000 – £34,000 FTE (depending on experience)

£15,500 – £18,800 Actual based on 3 days

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic and highly motivated Assistant to the Leadership Team to join our team at Gesher school. This post would suit a passionate, dynamic and adaptable individual who ideally has experience in this field.

Roles and Responsibilities

● Ensure all new staff have an Induction process in place, all necessary paperwork and training have been identified and face-to-face sessions have been booked and accounted for.

● Support the marketing strategy of the school alongside Head of Media

● Policy planner upkeep, chasing various members of the school team and governors in a timely manner to ensure policy deadlines are met.

● Quality Assurance review, updating various school team members in a timely manner to ensure quality assurance process is met.

● Manage the Annual Review process as delegated by the SENDCOs including booking Annual reviews with parents, following up correspondence, booking meeting rooms, and identifying cover needed within the staff team. Minute taking of Annual Reviews. Updating and amending EHCPs where relevant and necessary.

● Minute taking of SLT meetings, the delegation of action points

● Organise venues for meetings and tours supporting the SLT – materials needed including water, snacks etc

● To particularly support with administration around GCSE options and Careers Education, Information & Guidance (CEIG), and support Careers Day

● To organise and ensure all Performance Management meetings for SLT and direct reports are timely and all paperwork is produced and stored appropriately

● To manage the production, coordination and quality assurance of reports, documents and briefing papers, including filing electronically or paper as directed by the SLT

● Collate and disseminate all necessary paperwork during the Admissions process

● Collect data from the Admissions process to share with Governors

● Organise and book observations to support the admissions process

● Support Head and SLT with the necessary information required for the SEF, SIP and other necessary reports for the Governors and Trustees
