NICKY SEERS

My name is Miss Nicky, and I’m thrilled to be starting my third year at Gesher. I have worked in SEND education on and off for over 30 years, as well as gaining experience as both a nanny and a nursery supervisor.

For the past 10 years, I’ve been dedicated to working in SEND settings as a Family Support Worker and a Teaching Assistant. I also have my own personal connection with SEND, which has inspired me to complete extensive training over the last few years.

I have absolutely fallen in love with Gesher and have so enjoyed getting to know all the wonderful families. I’m really looking forward to September, where I’ll have the chance to further grow in my role and continue supporting families in even more ways including The Small steps course and much more. I am also a Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead.
