Gesher’s Partnerships Programme

At Gesher, we believe inclusion shouldn’t stop at the school gates. The Gesher Partnerships Programme has been developed to act as the golden thread linking our SEND and neurodivergence expertise with other education settings, organisations and businesses, supporting them to create environments where neurodivergent individuals can thrive.

The programme is built on collaboration. Our programme brings together education, employment and community, helping to improve outcomes for neurodivergent individuals. We work alongside partners to strengthen inclusive practice, reduce barriers, and ensure systems, spaces, and processes are accessible, supportive, and meaningful for all.

Through the Partnerships Programme, we aim to:

What We Offer

Many neurodivergent children and young people face barriers that limit their confidence, access to opportunities and long-term outcomes. At the same time, schools, charities and employers often want to be more inclusive but aren’t always sure where to start.

Our support is practical, flexible, and tailored to your setting. Services include:

  • Environmental Audits
  • Training and CPD on neurodivergence, inclusion, and reasonable adjustments
  • Consultancy and advisory support to review policies, processes, or provision
  • Bespoke projects developed in response to organisational needs

We work with education settings, charities, and businesses, supporting both those entering the workplace and those already within it.

Working With Us

We value relationships and shared learning. Many of our partnerships begin with an introductory audit or training session and grow over time as inclusive practice becomes embedded.

As you could see from my reaction at the end of yesterday, your session was incredibly powerful for us as a team and for us individually. Each one of us was able to reflect on our own / our family members’ neurodiversity and it helped frame the rest of the day too in ways we can do better as a team and as an organisation.
