Happy New Year from all of Gefen class! This half term we have been looking at our new topic of Insects. We have been exploring different types of insects and looking at The Very Hungry Caterpillar in our Literacy lessons. We have sequenced the story using the yummy foods he eats and have looked at the Life Cycle of a butterfly and put in in order. In maths we have been looking at positions and have been learning our lefts and rights – using puppets and insects to help us to remember. It was been a lovely start back and the children have settled back into their routines so well. Well done friends!
