CAROLINE LEIFER

Hi I’m Miss Caroline and I am the Chef at Gesher School. I have many years of experience in both commercial and educational catering management and am passionate about supporting children to make healthy, nutritious food choices. I involve the pupils in creating our menus and encourage them to spend time assisting me in the kitchen, which is very popular, especially on Sushi day! I am very excited to have recently taken on an additional role at Gesher teaching the Hospitality and Catering BTEC to older students.
