Kalliopi is an inspiring education leader who has managed varied teams in Further Education. With an experience of over 15 years in EFL, ESOL, GCSE English, and a Master's in Education, she has been supporting both students and staff to develop and flourish. She is deeply committed to lifelong learning, inclusion, and educational excellence. She is passionate about supporting others and has a deep commitment to the duty of care. Kalliopi has a natural ability to connect with others and is sensitive to their needs. Through her career both as a teacher and a manager she has been supporting marginalised voices, ensuring their needs are met.
