MICHAL BENARI

Hello, my name is Michal. I have had the privilege of working in a variety of fundraising and communications roles, including as Senior Philanthropy Manager at Teenage Cancer Trust and Director of Communications at Innovation: Africa. These roles have enabled me to develop expertise in cultivating meaningful donor relationships and leading teams to exceed ambitious fundraising goals.

In addition to my fundraising experience, I hold a PGCE from UCL and have worked as a primary school teacher within the Teach First leadership programme. I am particularly drawn to Gesher School because of its innovative approach to educating and supporting children with SEND. 'The Gesher Way' deeply resonates with my passion for creating meaningful change in the lives of young people and I look forward to working with the incredible team and helping to drive the school’s continued success and impact.
