ROSS PETAR

Ross is an accomplished Executive Director at Jones Lang LaSalle, a global Real Estate advisory firm, where he leads a dedicated team of valuers across the EMEA region as the EMEA Co-Head of Valuations. With over two decades of experience in the Real Estate sector, Ross is recognised for his deep expertise in Operational Real Estate, including hospitality and leisure, healthcare and senior living, student housing, data centres, and energy and infrastructure. As a qualified Chartered Surveyor, Ross has authored numerous articles and thought leadership papers, contributing valuable insights to the real estate industry.
Beyond his professional career, Ross has made significant contributions to the Jewish Community. His involvement includes two years at the Union of Jewish Students, serving as a Board of Deputy on behalf of CST where he is still an active volunteer, and acting as one of the Trustees for the Alan Senitt Memorial Trust for a short period of time. These roles reflect a commitment to community service and leadership outside of work.
