VICTORIA RUTTER

Hello, I’m Miss Victoria and I’m Head of Therapies at Gesher. I am a Speech and Language Therapist with over twenty-five years of experience, working in the NHS, as well as in the education and justice systems. This will be my fourth year working at Gesher and it has been wonderful to be a part of the school’s expansion into secondary. I love being able to see the students’ communication skills develop and flourish year by year, meaning they are able to make friends and fully engage with their learning. The Therapy team at Gesher are highly skilled, creative and ambitious; working side by side with Parents, Teachers and Teaching Assistants to deliver high-quality interventions that are as meaningful and functional as possible, as well as fun!
